Anna lives and loves teaching Yoga in Kiel.
It was in 2011 when she visited her first Yoga Class. Afterwards she tried different styles of Yoga and she was fascinated by meeting other Yogies and seeing the flexibility of their bodies. For her, even the first downward dog was heavy. It took a while until she realized why she should keep on practicing and she went on her mat regularly.
She travelled a lot and practiced in different places, different styles with different teachers. She was practicing Vinyasa Flow Classes, but when she discovered Jivamukti Yoga, she also fell in love with that style.
During her Yoga Teacher Training in Ashtanga Vinyasa Flow Yoga in India in 2016, she got introduced into the practice of Ashtanga Yoga, alignment, philosophy, breathing and creative secuencing.
A few years later, whilst living and studying in the Canary Islands, she found back to Ashtanga Yoga and keeps on practicing ever since. Over the years she discovered that the physical yoga practice prepares her body for a deep connection to her mind.
Through experiencing these different styles of yoga, she found her own style in teaching Vinyasa Flow Classes. She loves to prepare creative secuences and to experiment with her students in a playful way. Her classes are dynamic and she loves to prepare music playlists that match well with her classes.
